Pre-Christmas Activities

I know, I know, I'm trying to catch up my blog, I swear!

Mike and I celebrated our 3rd wedding anniversary on November 29. We laid low because we are trying to live like no one else so later we can live like no one else.

Our friend Chris bought tickets to the Trans Siberian Orchestra as an early Christmas present.  It was a fun night and quite an experience.

Mikey has graduated from the Tee to Coach-pitch!  He loves playing baseball and is a really good hitter.  He had so much fun playing coach-pitch and he felt like such a big kid.

He did such a great job catching! It made me so proud. He would get all geared up and strut his stuff out to home plate.

Hunter was hilarious with his drill. He found a place where the fence was bolted into the ground and entertained the parents for about 15 minutes as he tried to "fix it" for us.
Then, he found another little boys chair and snuck a  break.

I still can't believe he is so big! Stop growing please!

Setting up Christmas

It was so much fun to set up Christmas this year!  I got most of it on video, but here are the few pictures I did get.  Hunter was a blast this year because he really got into it.  He talked all about "sismas" and loved to sing Jingle Bells.  He didn't quite understand the concept of Santa though.  When we went to see Santa, he kept saying "I wanna go see sismas okay?"

Here I am, as huge as a house! I was 35 weeks in this pic.

Later that week, we decorated Christmas cookies.  We were babysitting my niece, Aaliyah and the kids had a blast. (and by kids, I mean Mike)

Hunter's contribution:

Hunter's face cracks me up! I just told him to stop eating the frosting and he clearly wasn't happy about it.  :)

wow. so not that this response is late at all, but I was just reminiscing on smith's birth and saw your question about my midwife....did I ever answer that? life at that time is a blur. In case I didn't, her name is lylaine gavette and she is the coolest person i know. I'm a little obsessed. She's in phoenix.

again, sorry for the belated response, hope all is well!
